About Us

Jennifer Scaglione-Morris, a Greenwich native, opened My Favorite Place Restaurant & Catering in December 2004. After graduating Johnson and Wales culinary school, working as a chef in numerous restaurants and helping develop a small chain, Jennifer decided to create the concept of My Favorite Place. The cozy, friendly, comfort food restaurant right in the heart of  Cos Cob is just what Greenwich was missing. Jennifer began building a strong team, a welcoming atmosphere, and a successful catering division. My Favorite Place also offers cooking classes in the restaurant (for children) as well as in private homes. After having a daughter of her own, Jennifer saw the need to cater to the “younger” clients as well. My Favorite Place also carries a baby food line as well as caters fabulous kids parties. The first location has been a great success and the growth of the company is in the making!
